Who’s wrong?
My boyfriend of 2 years has a rat problem in his home, just to clarify - it’s not that he’s dirty, it’s a problem common in his city because of how the houses were built. They’ve been trying to deal with it for a little while before I met him then they were able to resolve it. My boyfriend mentioned a couple weeks ago that he saw one but that was the most I heard last.
Well I went to his house last night and come to find out, it wasn’t as scarce as I thought. When we walked through the door, 2 rats ran out from underneath the stove. He’s known since then that I am TERRIFIED of them. He assured me it was no problem, set up a couple traps, and took me out to eat. When we came back, there wasn’t any sign of them, so I thought we were okay.
Wrong again. This morning, I was going to bathroom when all I see is a rat shove the front end of its body under the door. Thankfully his dad saw it on the other side and grabbed it. I freaked out and immediately told my boyfriend i wanted to go back home (he drove me here). He asked me why and when I explained he said that he was frustrated about the rats but then tried to cuddle me and actually tried to have sex 🤦🏼♀️
I told him that I didn’t want to do it at his house because rats being present were a complete turn off and that we could do it when we got back to my house instead. He turned away and started crying. I got annoyed by him crying over it and left the room. Now I’m sitting in his living room with his dad, since I know he’d take care of any rats that come around, and I’m pretty sure he fell asleep 🙃🙃
