Help Interpreting OPK/BBT
This is my first time ever charting and this cycle is so confusing compare to me always knowing when I ovulate since I was consistently having a 28 days cycle but dec and Jan have been a 31 day cycles and I started charting this month religiously 🤦🏻♀️and I have never been so confused 🤷🏻♀️ can any one interpret this for me please. What should I be looking for?
