Do you mean a bottle in the crib? That's not recommended as it leaves the milk sugars on their teeth / gums overnight and it can cause damage. We breastfeed at the beginning of our bedtime routine and brush baby's teeth as one of the last steps before putting him in the crib.

Dentist here, totally get doing what you need to survive, but this is definitely a habit you should really try to break sooner than later. So many young kids who have bottles to sip on at night get cavities on their baby teeth and it really doesn’t take a big cavity on a baby tooth to potentially risk losing it. If they really need a bottle at bed try gradually switching it to water and obviously only give an age appropriate amount of water.
