So I have the IUD and still get my period every month, however this month my period is 10 days late. I’ve been experiencing symptoms like as if I’m on my period, like cramps but there’s no blood. I had sex and the cramping was kinda bad afterwards and I had a little bleeding. The pregnancy test I took was negative, and I have the IUD so I don’t think pregnancy is a reason. What could be a reason for the PMS symptoms with no period actually showing up?
