Help with acne?

I have acne, i am 15 so I hope it improves with age but please any help would be amazing, I’ve tried prescribed cream and it hasn’t worked!

I’m f17 and this gave me results within the first month of use (use daily, all instructions on back of course) it’s inexpensive, and it’s been the only product to really work on my skin without drying it out. They also have some products for sensitive skin types in case! 
Tips: try rubbing it in for 1min and then rinsing or else you don’t really get anywhere with a product and try using it around the same time everyday as to not throw off the cycle and your skin can adapt!

Fish oil has many benefits and one of them include: dealing with the inflammation that causes acne. This brand Hum Nutrition is vegan and the tablets are tasteless.
I also recommend their probiotics (Skin Heroes & Gut Instinct) to help balance your good and bad bacteria in your gut. Good skin starts in the gut, believe it or not. Also, look at your diet? Try to cut out sugars (candy, cake, soda, junk food) and drink about 1 liter of water a day. Buy a nice water bottle from the store. What products are you using on your skin? I found that the ingridents in the acne face washes were not working for me so I switched to natural products with simple ingridents I can pronounce. Ex: neutrogena naturals line. 
Acne does improve with age. I used to have bad acne as a teen and now I only get an occassional pimple.
