What is everyone eating?

Today I am 6+4 and I’m nauseous pretty much from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep. It’s been like this for about 5 days. I haven’t thrown up, but nothing sounds appetizing and thinking about food makes me more nauseous so I’m having a hard time even eating anything to throw up. Even water makes me nauseous. I had some rice last night and that worked out okay but now tonight rice sounds awful. I can usually get some toast with peanut butter down in the morning with my vitamins. Just wondering what you all are able to tolerate. I’m worried I’m going to get dehydrated and not get the nutrients I need, but I don’t see a doctor for another week and a half.
