Discharge and constipation?

So I’m currently 20 weeks and very constipated and every time I push too hard I get clearish yellow vaginal discharge . Could this be normal?

100% normal. In my first pregnancy I heard all these women talking about an increase in discharge and I was like I have no idea what your talking about 🤷🏼‍♀️ this time around though . . . Good lord! But yes it’s completely normal.

Yup 😑 so annoying. I found with my 2nd when I didn’t want to deal with it anymore that I had to either drink lots of natural fruit juice or take half of a stool softener. I hated the pills so I always opted for the juice just watch out for too much added sugar it doesn’t help. Or at least it didn’t help me. Also I found out that cucumbers are amazing even without chili powder lol and within a couple hours of eating one I was able to go. Hope this helps!

I get discharge with almost every bm and I'm very regular/not straining. As long as you're not itchy, burny, or smelly, you should be fine.
