Toddler refers to self in 3rd person?

Question

My 2 year old daughter can see a picture of herself or see herself in the mirror & say her name but when you ask her what her name is straight out she can’t tell you. 
She refers to herself in the 3rd person. 
For example, she’ll see a picture of her & say “it’s Corinna!”
But when I say “what’s your name?” She just looks at me & furrows her eyebrow like she doesn’t understand. 
Is this normal?

100% normal. Toddlers are still developing the 'I, me, you, they, them' concept. It's fairly normal to have a phase of "Andrew want" rather than saying "I want". Just repeat it back and model phrases lime "It's Andrew, it's you!" And "It's mommy, it's me!"

My son will say that's Garrett's or that's Garrett when he sees his picture. This sounds pretty normal

Totally normal. I call it the tiny dictator stage. Lol. It makes sense, though, it's much easier to grasp that your name is "you", the thought that "I" & "me" refers to the person that is talking is much harder to grasp.

My kid is two and when you ask her what’s her name, she says “me”.
I think you’re fine.

My son will point to himself in pictures and say “Grayson” and when I ask what his name is he will say “Grayson”. So I’d say it’s probably normal.
