24 year old woman dating 19 year old man. Thoughts?

To me I feel like they are at completely different places in their lives: young adult who’s out of college, and college freshman. It is legal, but what do you think?

A 5 yr age gap isn’t a huge deal, but I’d say you’re probably in 2 different stages of life. Maybe if he wasn’t in college and was already in his career or was more mature somehow it wouldn’t be weird to me.

It depends on the people. My husband and I started dating when he was 20 and I was 24. We were both working. He was attending college part-time, and I had been graduated for 2 1/2 years. 
We were at different places in our lives, but it wasn’t really a bad thing. To be honest, I helped him grow up and taught him to be an adult. He still lived with his parents because they would sabotage any job he had when he was close to being able to move out. They never taught him to budget or pay bills or do laundry. To them spending money however and whenever you wanted and being in massive debt was completely normal. 
If he had dated and married someone who was in the same situation as him, I don’t think they would have been very successful together.

It’s very strange to me there is no way I’d date someone that young, I’d find it gross if a 19 yr old tried flirting with me haha still a teenager 😬

It’s not something I would do but as long as the attraction started once they were both adults it’s not a huge deal to me. I just can’t imagine dating someone that young

I was 16 dating a 22 year old. ( he was in and out of jail, essentially my first bad boy )
Obviously I lied at the time lol, but I was just a think while he was in jail for 3 years, once he got out he went with another bitch.  Older men are just as much into playing games and drama.
My husband is only a year older than me and hes got the smarts of a older man. I mean, he holds conversations with me and I just get turned on by how smart he is, and I'm always gaining new knowledge from him.
Just talking about nuclear war and the cold war from the president to cars he likes or nature.

Hes so smart and I adore his mind. 
It's not about age, it's about mindset and where he is and wants to be in the future.

It’s kind of weird to me only because that would never be my preference. I’m 27 and I’d rather date a 40-50 year old than a 19 year old. Lol. My bf is 7 years older than me. I wouldn’t care to date someone my own age or any younger, just my preference.
