Birth control nausea 😔
Hello! I've just started taking my birth control (sprintec) today to help with my hormones. Unfortunately, I started experiencing nausea and it's currently lasted for more than 6 hours. I'm not sure if it's made worse bc I also haven't eaten since 4pm.
If anything, I just want advice on how to power through the nausea because it's been preventing me from working on schoolwork and basically everything else 😔
