I got my IUD in April of 2019 and have had regular periods on it. I’ve recently started dating someone new who is pretty big and I’m not just saying that to boost his confidence. When I got my IUD by OB had to cut the strings even shorter because she said I had a very short cervix. I don’t know if that has to do with anything but ever since I got with this guy every single time we have sex I would bleed after wards. The past few times it has been very heavy bleeding. When we have sex I can feel him hitting my back wall and it can hurt. I just don’t know if it’s caused by my iud or not and if I should get it checked out.
