I have a yeast infection

I noticed symptoms on Friday and have been applying topical anti fungi cream twice a day. It hasn’t gone away yet. I see my doctor on Tuesday, so hopefully I’ll know what I can do to safety treat this. Anyone else suffering from one? And if so, how did you treat it?
