I've had my period more than 3 times in January

Ok I have had 3 periods this year and it's only the beginning of the year. I had one at the beginning of January and then a week after I got off, then I got off. And i just got off my period againg Wednesday. Has this ever happened to anybody? If so can someone explain what's going on I'm panicking?
