Help please

Over the past few weeks I've had a swollen wee hole, doesn't cause me any pain or discomfort, I just noticed it whilst checking for lumps and bumps in the mirror. I had sex last night & I woke up this morning with a light pinkish bleed. Google is as usual pointing towards chlamydia, but I tested for that and came back negative. Any ideas what it might be?
