I’m 8.5weeks and the tip of my cervix feels open to touch

I know I shouldn’t be prodding around but I had a larger amount of discharge that was slightly dark yellowish today. On feeing my cervix the top feels slightly open, is this normal in early pregnancy or would this indicate I could be about to mc? Paranoid as I’ve had 4 losses (2mmc and 2mc). TIA.
