just turned 30 weeks today and today i felt something weird like something from above my stomach going down like a heavy feeling im scared is it normal

It's very possible that your baby turned.
Though I had this done by a doctor I was told that when baby turns on it's own and moves to the right position it feels massive. If you can still feel baby kick and there is no blood or contractions then you should be ok, but ring your obgyn just in case. They can advise you best

I guess if you’re not bleeding or having cramps or contractions i think you’re fine ...maybe you’re baby is head down and was moving
