Pregnancy and sex....

I'm 11 weeks pregnant and everytime me and my boyfriend have sex it burns and last night I got these shooting pains In my belly during sex as well.. it kinda freaks me out but everything I have read online says sex CANNOT hurt the baby.. but why was I getting shooting pains and why does it burn everytime... I have been checked for infection and nothing so I dont understand
