Glass bottle?

So this is our second baby and we needed a lot less this time around. We love the avent bottles but we didn’t have any left over from our first. I went shopping a few weeks ago and the glass bottles were on clearance. I paid $10 for 3 4-ounce bottles. I know it was a good deal. But I’m a little nervous since we have never used a glass bottle before. Just wondering if anyone who used a glass bottle liked it and why. I still have a while to go before she’s here so I’m asking now.

We switched to glass with our second child because I was reading some scary stuff about plastic bottles and it freaked me out lol. So far I love them. My son is15 weeks and we've used them since he was a few days old. They are so easy to clean. Only con I have is that you aren't meant to let a child hold them themselves. We haven't reached that stage yet but I imagine it might get frustrating.

I used glass bottles with my oldest until she was old enough to hold her own bottles, it was fine :)

No glass in our house. I had terrible wrist issues. Also we make our bottles with formula ahead of time, 5 at a time and you can’t heat glass up that fast. I guess if you had warned the milk ahead of time and then put it in glass it would be fine. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Never used one but I've read theres pros and cons as with any bottle. It's just a preference really. Nothing wrong with using it as long as you're careful not to  break it. Hell i would've saved the money too. Good deal!
