No luck getting pregnant 😕

I’ve been trying for 18 months to get pregnant and still nothing I had a miscarriage 4th august 2018 and I’ve been trying ever since and nothing has anyone got any tips or what they did when they didn’t conceive I don’t know wha to do it’s upsetting 😕
