Tips for weight loss
Hi im 5 foot tall weight 148 pounds I carry alot of weight in my thighs,butt and arms I do workout at least 3 times a week on youtube but there low impact I would like to do more but my bedroom is up stairs. I have lost about 10 pounds already but now it's taking forever to lose one pound a week I'm trying to lose at least 20 to 30 pounds by spring and summer any tips on what I should try?🤔
