Would you switch from OB to RE if you were me?

My husband and I have been TTC for 2 years. We’ve had all the hormone bloodwork done on both of us, I’ve had an HSG and diagnostic lap, my AMH and FSH levels are good, he’s had a semen analysis. I feel like we’ve been run through the gamut.

Everything has come back fine. My husband’s SA showed that he was on the lower end of “normal” for motility but we were told it wasn’t an issue and we likely just needed to be intimate more often. My cycles are regular, I ovulate on my own, no PCOS, my tubes are open, no uterine or cervical issues, my doctor did find very mild endo that she removed during my lap procedure (had NO idea I had that) but that’s it. No glaring indication of why we can’t get pregnant.

This was our first month trying Letrozole + Trigger + TI and we didn’t get pregnant. I know it’s not guaranteed to work, but we definitely feel the weight of the failure this month KNOWING that we did everything right. There were three large follicles, we timed it all right, we used preseed, and there’s literally NOTHING fighting against us. How could it NOT work? 🤯

At this point, should I stick it out with my OB for a few more cycles under the same protocol (potentially increasing the dosage) or should I move on to an RE? She gave me the option to switch several months ago and would be totally willing to refer us as soon as I tell her I want to but I chose to stay with her since she’s been with me from the start of this journey. She has sent our file to an RE for his opinion and he essentially wrote our protocol for us, she’s just administering it. What would you do if you were me?
