Period 11 days late but tests keep says I'm not pregnant.

Hey everyone. I have been trying to get pregnant the last two years and I am now 11 days late. I am usually not that late usually around three days late max. I have taken two tests so far but they have both said not pregnant. I have very sore breasts and nipples as well as a bigger appetite. I have been having some medium pain in my lower pelvic and abdomen area and things just feel different. I am wondering if anyone else has had these symptoms? What they mean? Or if anyone has had negative pregnancy readings while actually being pregnant
