I have been prescribed Xanax as needed for anxiety. I try not to take them too often anymore because they are habit forming and I’ve abused them in the past.

Is it safe to take during 2 week wait. I just feel so stressed about everything and I know stress can make it harder to conceive. So I was hoping if I relax a little it might be easier.

I get prescribed a real small dose
