When to transition baby to nursery?

My LO is almost 12 weeks and I go back to work in a few days. So far, we’ve kept her in a bassinet in our room at night and it’s worked well since I breastfeed and she’s sleeping well but I’m wondering when I should transition to her crib in her nursery. I go back to work in a few days so that’s what has me thinking about it.
Anyone have any advice or experience on this?

Here it's advised to let baby sleep in the same room as you til minimum 6 months old.

I was thinking the baby would sleep in our room for the first year for night feeds

We kicked our son out as soon as he was sleeping 8-10 hours through the night and didn’t require night feedings around 8 weeks. I’d say 12 weeks would be a good time if it works for you.

I transitioned my son to his crib at 4 months nearly on the dot. Every little noise, going in and out the bedroom, turning in bed or snoring was waking him up. Soon as I moved him he was such a happy baby. 
I just made sure to get a good video monitor and turned it up full blast to hear him breathing and every little noise he made. 
I never had an issue except the first few nights I missed him next to me lol... but I knew him being in his own bedroom was better for him.

I've been doing some reading recently on the subject. And most agree somewhere from 3 to 6 months. My son will b 6m in a few days and I recently started to do his naps in his crib to help when I do transition him. Which I'm hoping within the month he will start sleeping at night time in there. I have read tho the older they are during the transition the harder it will be...
