Foods to curb appetite
I usually eat cereal for breakfast. Around 6:30. I leave my house and 7, get to work by 8 and I'm starving by 9:30! I brought orange slices and strawberries to snack on but I'm so hungry today. I even went to lunch an hour early. Ate my salad, my piece of meat, and finished my fruit and I'm still hungry. 😩 11weeks 5days today and idk what to eat to help curb the appetite and get me through work. My boss hates for us to eat at our desk, so I try to sneak without getting caught. 🤷
