Is this possible? I heard some women can and I'm just curious if it's possible.

I was counting weeks based on the first day of that period but it turned out I had gotten pregnant a week prior.

No. No one can have a real period while pregnant. They can have bleeding that they *think* is their period but it’s 100% not.
