Anyone else experience this?

So I’m 5 days postpartum, I had some blood pressure issues during labor, and I had a ton of fluids throughout. Also had epidural, and had a vaginal delivery. I had just a small tear, but lost a lot of blood during delivery due to bursting some type of vessel. I’m healing fine down there I think, not really hurting much, but the blood does have kind a metallic smell to it. And I’m not bleeding a horrible amount. Since delivery my Bp has been sometimes a little high and sometimes fine. However I’ve noticed in the afternoons the last two days I start to feel crappy, I develop a headache and I feel fevery(chills but I feel warm.) I took my ear temp and keep getting a reading between 99 and 100. I hate to bother my doctor if it’s normal, so I’m curious if anyone has experienced similar. Also will mention I feel achey and sore but that also could be because I’m huntched over in a chair nursing every 2 hours lol.
