How can I trust my boyfriend better ?

My past relationship wasn't very good, I couldn't trust him. My family is also untrustworthy, so ladies how can I trust my current boyfriend better. Help.... He knows that I don't trust him but I want to trust him

Any advice ?

You can't have a relationship without trust. Not all guys are the same. Don't punish your current boyfriend for your ex's mistakes. If he hurts you, there's nothing you can do about it but get over it or move on. But not trusting him at all gives no room for the relationship to grow. It's very hard, but it's not worth the effort put into a relationship if you're not going to put in your all. I hope that makes sense.

Trust takes time. Y'all have to make yourself vulnerable to each other and get closer to begin to feel that trust
