11 Hours Of Labor .

So I’ve Officially Been A New Mom For Almost 24 Hours . & I’m Loving Every Bit Of It . Expect Using The Bathroom lol . Scared A Stitch Will Pop Or My Butt Will Fall Off .

I Wasn’t Okay With A Induction Date . So Me & Hubby Decided To Try The Midwife Brew . Ran All Over Stores late Night . Not After 30 Mins Of Taking The Drink I Started Getting Contractions . I Engaged in Sexual Activity Which Definitely Pushed Up The Pain/Pressure. They Started Around 1am & Eased Up Around 4:00am . I Was Able To Get Some Sleep But By 6:30-7am I COULD NOT TAKE THE PAIN. I Ended Up Bleeding & Screamed For My Hubby. By 9:00am We Was @ The Hospital . I Got Checked & Was 4cm 80% Water Didn’t Break .

So @ This Point I’m Being Admitted , Contractions Coming Non Stop . I Got Checked Again @ 1:30 & Only Went To A 5 Most Depressing Thing Any Mother Wants To Hear. I Got A Epidural . Once They Broke My Water All Hell Broke Loose . Contractions Every 2 Mins . Couldn’t Handle It .

So I Was Able To Take A Nap , Woke Up Around 4pm , Got Checked Again I Was 8CM. By 4:45pm I Was A Full 10 But My Daughter Wasn’t engaged Into My Pelvic Bone So They Stopped My Epidural & Gave Me Pitocin Level 7 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️. I COULD NOT HANDLE IT . Turned Out My Daughter Was Facing Upwards Trying To Come Out So She Couldn’t Find My Pelvic Bone . I Pushed For 2 Hours Trying To Get Her Head To Come Down . The Doctor Came in Said Were Going To Do An Vacuum Assists. I’m Scared Out My Butt @ This Point . He Ended Up Snipping Me (Which I Felt & Almost Cried) and Pushed For Another Hour . I Was Completely Drained . Once Her Head Was Halfway Out My Body Couldn’t Handle The Pain & My Legs Started To Lock , As Much As I Tried Not To , I Had 2 Nurses & A Student , My Doctor & Husband All Hold Me Down And @ 6:27pm On 02/02/2020 My Daughter Kalii Was Born . Weighing 6 Pounds 15 Ounces 19 Inches Long ..

once I Saw Her Face Nothing Else Mattered . I Lost A lot Of Blood . Her Head Swelling Went Back Down & The Bruise On Her Noise Went Down But Not Fully Away.
