Period cramps
Today is the first day of my period and I’m bleeding really heavy and cramping extremely bad. I can’t move walk or do anything I’m laying in bed feeling like I’m being stabbed to death. This period cramps are so severe i could bust out crying. I took 4 ibuprofen and it didn’t help.... what do i do??!! Someone please help me
