Feeling like bubbles in my uterus?

I'm 28 weeks and when I was laying in bed I could feel baby moving. Suddenly it felt like a bubble release and float upwards. Has anyone else felt this??

Did it feel like the baby passed gas if so then more and likely the baby took their first poop and that destress baby syndrome. I did it to my mom. And my two older kids did it to me. And I’m watching my baby now to see if he is going to do it.
