Please give me advice

The day before I had sex I had a little bit of clear sticky discharge which was the 21st I’m experiencing nausea and diarrhea and just feeling blah. On day 5 after sex I felt a pinch feeling or twinge like somebody poked it with a needle. Now I’m 5 days away from my period could I test and get a accurate result and what do you ladies think?
