Running/ light jog at 18wks 2days?
I love going to the gym since before I was pregnant and have recently started going back around 14 wks, I was wondering if it was safe to get back into a slight run/ jog now that I’m feeling 100% again I barely have a belly so it doesn’t jiggle much stomach is still pretty flat lol you can’t tell I’m pregnant I jus looked like I gained 10lbs but I ran at a 5.1 speed for about 3-5 mins then walked at 3.6 for 20 mins then ran again 5.2 for 3-4mins... I feel great lol I don’t see my dr til the 10th so I was wondering if anyone up here had some thoughts?
