couple weeks after sex

i had sex a couple weeks ago and didn’t use protection and i’m scared because my vagina hole is burning a little bit/dry a bit irritated red and it kinda burns when i pee and i haven’t told anyone that i’ve had sex. so i’m trying to go get checked out but for the moment being i don’t have a car to do so. if anyone has somewhat any idea of if this is bad or not pls just lmk. my sister was talking to me about chlamydia and all that stuff and i’m like freaking out 😭
