PIYO...
So.. I started PIYO again today, after about 2 years.. I’m Turing 36 this year, I’m 5’7” and 145 pounds. I’m not wanting to lose any weight just tone up, and lead a healthier, more active lifestyle. I don’t eat dairy, and I only eat red meat 1-2x a month. Does anyone have any other suggestions or advice. PIYO is a dvd set from beach body, which combines Pilates and yoga.
