How do I transition my from bedsharing to a crib?

I am an exhausted mama and my daughter learned she can now escape our bed. How do I get her to sleep in her crib? Please hallppp

You could start with nap training! But if she’s escaping and it’s really concerning you, I would go cold turkey. Start with her in a bed of her own in your room, and then move her to her own once she’s settled into being in her own bed. It might be a rough couple nights, but worth it.

I’m not sure but it may be challenging at this age. My girly who has always been an amazing sleeper (still is once she finally falls asleep) has been taking an hour to fall asleep lately because she finally has separation anxiety. Also looking for tricks to help with this!
