Hello ladies I’m seeking some advice.

My best friend is being verbally, mentally, and has been physically abused by her husband. He’s been threatening her to harm/kill her if she leaves and takes her daughters.(which she has on recording) She’s a sahm of three girls, to which only one of them is his biological daughter. They been married for six years. He’s been using her for his own benefit of staying here in the U.S...She’s tired and scared and FED up! She’s completely wants done with him but is scared to leave because he doesn’t want her to take her girls. Other than family she only has her mother and brothers. Her mother isn’t much of a support by telling her to stick through it all and other insane advice she’s given her, Knowing her mother herself has been in and out of abusive relationships for years. This man (her husband) has been threatening her life , takes the car away, doesn’t give her money, says she’s worthless ETC. She’s been crying, depressed and all. I’m here to help in any way even to have her come live with me but we need some type of legal advice because of her three underage daughters. She will not leave him without them . she lives in Florida ST Lucie county. Does anyone know or can give me any advice on what we need to do to help this mom out ? T-I-A.

EDIT : how does it go by them being legally married and having one biological daughter together!???? He said she can leave but without the girls. Even offered her cash to leave without . Can she legally take them away with her for Their safety?

She has never had to go through any custody battles or anything that’s why were seeking advice and help for her.

Remind you she has no job nor barley cash .
