Why haven't I gotten my menstrual

So I had my baby 12 weeks ago and I've yet to have my first menstrual afterwards I do breastfeed but I also bottle feed  is breastfeeding the reason I havent got it?

Yup, 15 weeks pp and still no period . I’m okay with that

Yes! I’m 15 weeks pp and I BF when I’m home but when I work baby is bottle feed and I still haven’t gotten my period and I’m also on the mini pill.

Yes. I only breastfeed and I usually get my period back in 11-12 months

Yes...I both breastfeed and formula feed. I just got mine at 11 weeks PP.
