so i’m 16 and i have a gyno appointment tomorrow because i’ve had itching and swelling with no discharge for 3 weeks. today i saw some questionable discharge so i guess after a long time of some untreated infection i got a yeast infection. the problem is, i may be pregnant. i don’t get my period until the 12th so it’s too early to test but it’s a big possibility. i don’t want to take medicine that’s not safe, but if i tell the doctor i could be pregnant but i can’t test yet i’m afraid they will try to run a blood test which will make her suspicious or tell my mom why i have to wait for medication. advice?

edit: i ovulated the 29th (bbt)

also the reason i can’t tell my mom is my parents are religious and will make us break up. they believe anything past kissing is bad and if she was even suspicious it would be over
