He's always going out

My husband is always going out, about 3-4 times a week. He complains he's always tired from work and never has time for our daughter and I. I told him it bothers he never spends time with us but always seems to have time to go out with his friends and family. I shouldn't be having to beg him to pay attention to me or my daughter. It feels as If I am single with a roommate
