Can a rash be signs of pregnancy

I am 4 days away from my period for the last 3-4 days I been cramping and also when I wipe there is little speckles of blood. Now today I woke up itchy only to find this lovely RASH it is all over my chest neck and shoulders and starting to go on back. Can a rash be signs of pregnancy or something else.
