I still have time left on my maternity leave, and I'm wondering if I'm supposed to set up a meeting with my bosses before I return to work to discuss my transition back...is this common practice, and if so, when should I do it? I'm the first employee at the company to have a baby, and am the only woman in my department, so am pretty lost in how to go about this. I also will need to make sure there's a place I can pump (there wasn't such a facility when I left, unless the tiny bathroom everyone shares counts), but I feel a bit uncomfortable asking them about this.

On a related note, have others brought their baby to work while on leave to meet their coworkers? Everyone was so excited for me before I left, and I'm not sure what's expected!
