How do you feel when someone waves at your baby (to make them laugh or smile)
When I see a baby I always like to wave or compliment to the parents by saying how happy their baby looks or pretty/cute but then I also think it must be awkward for them just standing there letting a stranger wave to their baby. How do you feel about it? (And I am not talking about touching babys or holding them)
