I'm 7 weeks pregnant tomorrow and for a whole week I've had very light spotting maybe 2 times a day, mainly brown but occasionally red never enough to leak onto pants and only when I wipe. Don't have any cramping when it happens. Do you think if it was a miscarriage It would have happened by now? I just don't know what to think :( its so worrying. Could it be normal? Have an ultrasound in a few weeks.

Was trying to 2 years to get pregnant and have gotten pregnant 1 year ago but didn't get beyond faint lines before I miscarried. so just really scared.

Rang doctors and they said it could be implantation bleeding but surely I wouldn't get it this late?
