One off. I had a intra vaginal check at the gynaecologist yesterday

You could just be spotting because of the checkup your Dr did yesterday cause it could have irritated your cervix and cause you to bleed some. It's why some ladies bleed or spot after sex sometimes too when pregnant. Just irritates it. As long as you aren't bleeding bright red and cramping you should be fine
