Clogged duct?

Hey ladies,
I have a very small area of swelling in one breast. It feels like it could be a little bulge in a duct but I'm not sure. It's not painful. It's been there at least four days. Massaging directly on top of it doesn't seem to shift it. I'm only 15 days pp with my first.
Thoughts? Any help welcome.

Warm water with Epsom salt soaks and massage while you have it in the water.

I felt like I had a clogged duct for a few days on the top left of my right breast. I always hold my baby in football on the right so I held her in cross cradle today and it went away. This is my only experience though so I could be totally off lol

Do not massage directly on top of it, first mistake. If it is a clog, the clog is in FRONT of the bulge. The bulge is backed up milk! Warm water, epsom salt, gentle massages. Repeat. Sunflower lecithin is great for the removal of clogged ducts as well. It’s a fat emulsifier.
