Fallopian tubes.

I had key hole surgery yesterday to find out that I only have 1 fallopian tube which I must of been born with, and it is blocked and they couldnt unblock it. What's my chances of conceiving? Or will I have to go through <a href="https://glowing.com/glow-fertility-program">ivf</a>? Has anyone else had this?
