Sleep Advice
I have a 6 week old and am breastfeeding. Currently our nights look like:
7:30 - bedtime routine
8:30 - finishing nursing and putting down
10:30 - bottle dream feed from my husband
2:30ish - up for nursing
5-7??? - up for nursing and the day
We aren’t using a white noise machine (don’t want her dependent on it) and she goes right down at bedtime. The middle of the night sessions take longer to get her back down. Any tips? Does this look like we’re on the right track for 6 weeks? Thanks!
