Someone that I work with didn't show up to work last night, which in itself isn't super weird. But, she was no call no show. Shortly after her shift was scheduled to start at 8pm, the people on night shift get a call from her boyfriend asking if ahe had made it to work because she wasn't answering. Fast forward to now, 8am, no one has heard from her. The boyfriend is still calling us regularly, and he has now reported her missing.

Its just weird, and I have a not so good feeling about all of this. I don't really know what to say or if this is even the right group, but I need to just get it out. It may seem insignificant and unimportant, but I need to tell someone that my coworker is missing.

I just got home from work and we haven't heard anything since her boyfriend called the last time saying that he was reporting her missing earlier this morning. I've been doing a little bit of digging, and apparently a missing person was found 2 days ago in a lake in the town that my coworker lives in. Several other women have recently gone missing from this town within the last few months.

I don't think that she can be listed as officially missing until 72 hours, but I'm honestly not sure.

I'll keep this post updated. I'm hoping that this is all a huge understanding and that she shows up at work tonight.

She didn't show up again and we haven't heard anything since yesterday..I can't find anything online about her missing. If the boyfriend ever reported her then the police haven't said anything about it yet. I'm so worried about her..

BIG UPDATE!

Today, 02/07/20, she was found safe... ish. I learned a ton today before she cryptically posted on Facebook saying she was fine.

Not only did she disappear on the 3rd, but she also took her oldest child with her and left the 2 young ones with her boyfriend. She was last seen at work that morning. Her family didn't know she was even missing until YESTERDAY. I think that the police knew something since neither she, or her daughter were reported on the news.

She posted on Facebook today saying that "God had big plans during this time" and "He threw a lot at her, and she needed to go away.".

She has only contacted anyone through messages, and hasn't called or seen anyone yet. She is still unseen, byt not technically missing. Some people in her family think that she has not been the person messaging or posting at all.

Then she suddenly deletes her Facebook 5 hours after posting that she was okay.

I'm extremely confused about this whole situation right. The announcement that she was fine made it sound like she is not in a stable mindset. The post doesn't sound normal at all. I would love to post a screenshot, but all I have right now is a screenshot of her deleted page.

Honestly, I'm more confused than relieved. I don't know what to think, and I'm not convinced that she is actually okay.

Hopefully we will learn more soon..
