So for the past month my little girl wakes up at 4:30am like CLOCKWORK!! I wait a few minutes and go in. I put her pacifier in her mouth (she throws it on the ground) I lay her down and get out. I have done sleep training 3 times and it's been very successful (Ferber) well she goes back to sleep for about 30 minutes and then she's up for the day. I have her on a daily schedule and nothing has changed except she just got her first two teeth.. her normal wake time used to be 6/6:30am and every night bedtime at 6:30pm. I tried putting her down at 6pm but she still wakes at 4:30 and then 5am... Does anyone have any recommendations? Should I just not go in at 4:30 and give her the pacifier? I think maybe that's messing her up... I'm also 7 weeks pregnant so this early bird shit sucks 😭🤣
